CV Workshops
Polly has worked extensively in schools both in the private and state sectors with children from year 10 to year 13 to help with CV creation. She has also worked with big corporates and investment banks to help disadvantaged students prepare for the working world.
She gives CV workshops either in person or online and ensures that the individual has a completed CV that they are happy with after the event has taken place. These workshops are interactive and informative and the students can continue to correspond with Polly even after the workshop especially in the lead up to an interview that they are preparing for.
Interview Technique
Polly offers a one on one interview technique service where the individual is interviewed as if in a real life situation. The student is then given feedback on the spot and a written report follows with useful tips on how to improve. As with the CV workshops, the dialogue doesn't stop once the student leaves the room - Polly is happy to continue to coach the individual especially in the lead up to an important interview.
Employability Lectures
Polly has a proven track record of delivering engaging and informative employability sessions that inspire and motivate young people. Drawing on insights gained from interviewing employers and industry professionals through her podcast, she provides practical, up-to-date advice on navigating today's competitive job market. Her sessions equip students with the confidence, knowledge and skills needed to make informed decisions about their future careers.
